In the field of infection management, we offer, among other things, Hartmann's innovative “Preventia” irrigation solution for postoperative wound disinfection and Biocomposites' fully resorbable universal antibiotic carrier “STIMULAN” for targeted antibiotic treatment of infected implants and bone and soft tissue cavities.

In addition, Sevika offers cutting-edge navigation technologies for efficient joint replacement and supports clinics with high availability, practical assistance, and training for surgical teams. 
At the core of our offering is close cooperation with leading partners such as Stryker in the field of hip arthroscopy (exclusive distribution partner in Switzerland), Naviswiss (exclusive distribution for computer navigation in Switzerland), Biocomposites for solutions related to prosthetic joint infections, and Vivostat in the field of orthobiology (e.g., ArthroZheal®).

Medddbase International AG, headquartered in Buchs (St. Gallen), is a specialized service provider for the commercialization and logistics of medical devices in Switzerland, the EU, and the UK. For almost 20 years, Medddbase has been supporting over 50 international medtech manufacturers through a network of five locations (including partner locations) and manages nearly half a million product deliveries annually.
Its range of services includes domiciliation, customer support, warehousing & distribution, accounting, and legal and regulatory advisory services. In addition, Medddbase offers importer services for Switzerland and the EU (CH-IMP, EU-IMP) and assists manufacturers in meeting relevant requirements, including support for quality and compliance issues such as ISO certifications.
Sales and specialized customer contact remain the responsibility of the manufacturers or their sales partners, while Medddbase provides the entire operational foundation as a back office and operations backbone – ensuring that medical devices are available in the target markets in an efficient, scalable, and regulatory-compliant manner.
